The SMART Program of the school has been a great success. Students are rewarded with stickers when they perform well in many aspects, such as academics, manners, and teamwork. To reward students who have performed well in school, there was an Ice-Cream Day on 29th October 2019 (Tuesday). There are more than 20 parents volunteers came and helped. There are over 300 students redeemed the ice-cream during lunch recess on that day. They enjoyed the day with happiness.

In order to improve students’ self-management skills and become more responsible, motivated and capable leaders. We arrange an Adventure Wild Camp for all Primary 5 students from 31st October to 2nd November, 2019 in Yuen Long Jockey Club Tai Tong Holiday Camp. Through the Wild camp experience and training, typical outcomes of such programs are to increase resilience through overcoming challenges, show empathy for peers who may be struggling with physical effort, make personal decisions and accept responsibility for success or failure through the adventure-based experiential education model. The participants including the teachers and students. They all enjoyed and learnt a lot at the camp site.

In order to improve students’ interpersonal skills, problem solving skills and self-care abilities, the school arranged an Adventure Residential Camp for all Primary 4 students from 31st October to 2nd November, 2019 in Chinese YMCA of Hong Kong in Wu Kwai Sha. Through the First-hand experience and an open learning environment, it will not only enhance the students’ sense of involvement, but also help them to grasp knowledge, skills and attitudes which can hardly be nurtured in classroom learning, so as to realize the goal of curriculum reform to achieve all-round development.
