P.5-6 Secondary School Places Allocation Mock Interview

On 18th January, 2025, our school successfully conducted the first-round P5-6 mock interviews, offering students a comprehensive experience in three key sections. Eight groups participated in self-introductions and tackled questions in Chinese, English, and Mathematics during the interview sessions. These exercises tested their presentation skills and subject knowledge. Next, team-building activities focused on collaboration and cooperation proficiency. Finally, students engaged in discussions about social issues to assess their social awareness. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the parent volunteers who graciously served as interviewers. The two-hour long event concluded smoothly, achieving its objective of preparing students for future challenges.

The second-round P5-6 mock interviews will be on 15th February, 2025.

小五至小六中學學位分配模擬面試

在2025年1月18日，我們學校成功舉辦了P5-6第一輪模擬面試，為準備升中的學生提供了的全面體驗。八組學生先作自我介紹，並在面試過程中回答了中文、英文和數學的問題。這些練習考驗了他們的表達能力和學科知識。接著，團隊合作活動專注於協作與合作的熟練程度。最後，學生參與了有關社會議題的討論，以評估他們的社會意識。我們由衷感謝熱心的家長義工擔任面試官。為期兩小時的活動順利結束，為學生未來挑戰做好準備。

第二輪 P5-6 模擬面試將於 2025 年 2 月 15 日舉行。

Parenting Workshop on Values Education (2)

On 18th January, 2025, the Founder of Teengineer, Mr. Carl Chung conducted a fruitful parenting workshop focused on understanding motivation and the art of constructive responding. Parents actively participated in sharing and discussions. Mr. Chung provided insights into motivating children effectively while nurturing healthy communication. Parents engaged in sharing exercises about constructive responding techniques, enhancing their insights to support their children's emotional and cognitive growth. The workshop fostered a collaborative environment, enabling parents to share experiences and learn from one another. Participants left with practical strategies and renewed confidence in positively influencing their children's development.

The next Positive Education Parent Workshop for our school will be held on 15th  February, 2025.

家長價值教育工作坊 (二)

在2025年1月18日，正向教育學院創辦人鍾明崇先生主持了一場富有意義的家長工作坊，重點放在理解動機和建設性回應的藝術。家長積極參與分享和討論。鍾先生提供了有效激勵孩子的見解，同時培養健康的溝通。家長們參與分享了有關建設性回應技巧的練習，增強了他們支持孩子情感和認知成長的見解。這個工作坊促進了一個協作的環境，使家長能夠分享經驗並互相學習。參與者帶著實用的策略和重新獲得的信心離開，積極影響孩子的發展。

將於 2 月 15 日舉行再為本校舉辦下一場正向教育家長工作坊。
