We are still beaming with pride as we reflect on the incredible success of last year's Variety Show, "Power of the Dream." It was a truly magical evening where our CMS Smarties took center stage, showcasing their diverse talents and hard work.

From the energetic martial arts of "Fists of Fury" to the graceful ballet routines and the vibrant lion dance, our students truly embodied the spirit of stepping up as future leaders. The show was a testament to the dedication of our students, the support of our parents, and the tireless efforts of our teachers and staff who worked behind the scenes on everything from elaborate costumes to stage preparation.

回想起去年才藝匯演 - Power of the Dream 的圓滿成功，我們至今仍感到無比自豪。那是一個充滿魔力的夜晚，我們的CMS Smarties成為舞台的主角，盡情展現了他們的多元才華與辛勤練習的成果。

從充滿力量的「武林雄風」功夫表演，到優雅的芭蕾舞步，再到活力四射的醒獅表演，學生們完美詮釋了勇於挑戰、成為未來領袖的精神。這場演出見證了學生的投入、家長的支持，以及全體教職員從服裝到舞台佈置等後勤籌備上的默默耕耘。

CMS Smarties Presentation Day ‘Legends of the Condor Heroes’

Building on the success of last year's ‘Alice in Wonderland’ self-discovery journey, CMS was transformed into a legendary martial arts landscape for this year's "Legends of the Condor Heroes" Presentation Day on 31 January 2026 (Saturday). Dressed in traditional costumes of different characters, students, parents, and teachers gathered to participate in the ‘Mount Hua Sword Showcase’—an immersive experience designed to explore the true meaning of heroism through the lens of positive values.

Throughout the day, ‘young heroes’ from all levels showcased their talents across various missions: Students embarked on a Sword Forging Hunt, completing collaborative missions set by the "Seven Freaks of Jiangnan" to collect sword components. Participants experienced different drama and immersive theatres where they portrayed five legendary ‘schools’—such as Peach Blossom Island and the Beggar Clan—where visitors faced ethical dilemmas to earn Virtue Jewels representing different values to deliver messages of redefining what a true hero is.

The day reached a powerful climax as students successfully assembled their swords with the correct combination of jewels. Each student struck the large drums three times—a resonant act celebrating their personal growth and learning achievements.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to all parents, teachers, and staff who strengthened the bonds within our CMS community. Just as we planted the seeds of reading last year, our students now carry the virtues they forged on Mount Hua back into their daily lives, continuing their journey as lifelong learners filled with courage and love.

總堂學習成果展示日——「射雕英雄傳」

延續去年「愛麗絲夢遊仙境」自我探索之旅的成功,CMS於2026年1月31日(星期六)舉辦今年的「射鵰英雄傳」展示日,校園化身為傳奇武俠世界。師生與家長身穿不同角色的傳統服飾,齊聚參與「華山論劍」——一場透過正向價值觀探索英雄真諦的沉浸式體驗。

當天,各年級的「小英雄」在不同任務中展現才華:學生踏上鑄劍尋寶之旅,完成「江南七怪」設下的協作任務以收集寶劍零件。參加者體驗不同的戲劇與沉浸式劇場,扮演五大傳奇「門派」——如桃花島和丐幫——在其中面對道德困境,藉此獲得代表不同價值觀的美德寶石,重新定義真正英雄的意義。

當學生成功以正確的寶石組合鑄成寶劍時,活動達到感人的高潮。每位學生敲響大鼓三次——這響亮的舉動慶祝他們的個人成長與學習成就。

我們衷心感謝所有家長、教師和員工加強了CMS社群的連結。正如去年播下閱讀的種子,學生現在將在華山鍛鍊出的美德帶回日常生活中,繼續他們充滿勇氣與愛的終身學習者之旅。
