CMS Annual Sports Awards Report
We are delighted to celebrate our students’ outstanding achievements in a wide range of inter-school and territory-wide sports competitions. Through perseverance, teamwork and determination, our young athletes have brought great pride to the school.
This year, our students performed strongly in athletics, with highlights including 1st place in the 100m, 2nd place in the 200m and 400m, 2nd place in the 4x100m Relay, Boys A Grade Overall 2nd place. Turner Sebastian Michael was also recognized as an Outstanding Athlete.
In futsal, our school achieved remarkable success. The team won Champion in the HKSSF HK Island West Area Inter-Primary Schools Futsal Competition. At the Bishop Cup Inter-Primary School Futsal Competition, our school made history as, for the first time, both the Junior and Senior teams reached the final. The Senior Team were crowned champions, while the Junior Team finished as runners-up. Chiu Tate was also recognized as the Top Scorer.
In orienteering, our students achieved outstanding results at the OAHK HK Inter-Primary Schools Orienteering Championships. The boys’ team attained 1st place overall, while another overall team group achieved 3rd place. Students also performed well in grade group and individual events, with results including 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th places. These achievements reflect their excellent concentration, endurance and problem-solving skills.
Our students also shone in the pool. At the HKSSF HK Island West Area Inter-Primary Schools Swimming Competition, Hui Sum Yuen achieved 2nd place in the 50m Freestyle, while Wong Garim came 4th in the 50m Backstroke. Hui Sum Yuen also contributed to a 3rd place finish in the 4x50m Freestyle Relay at the HKSSF All-Hong Kong Inter-Primary Schools Swimming Competition.
In team sports, our students continued to show great commitment and cooperation. The school achieved 4th place in the HKSSF HK Island West Area Inter-Primary Schools Volleyball Competition, Merit in the HKSSF Table Tennis Competition, and 2nd place in the Hoops of Hope Basketball Tournament.
Our students also gained recognition in other sporting disciplines. In the LCSD Easy Sports – Touch Rugby Competition, a number of students received Distinction awards. In aerobic gymnastics and gymnastics, students achieved multiple Distinction awards, as well as 3rd and 4th place results in individual and pairs events. We also congratulate Komarov Ivan for achieving 2nd place in the HKFYG Regatta Optimist Overall, and Khan Kismad Khasino for gaining 2nd place in the HK Primary School Taekwondo Competition.
We extend our heartfelt congratulations to all award-winning students. We also sincerely thank our parents and coaches for their invaluable guidance, encouragement and support, which have helped our students train with confidence and compete with courage.
These achievements remind us that success is not only measured by medals or trophies, but also by growth, resilience and the courage to keep improving. In the spirit “Self-Actualization”, our students have continued to discover their strengths and strive to become a better ME-WE.

CMS年度體育獎項報告
本校同學於本年度多項校際及全港體育賽事中表現出色，屢創佳績，令人鼓舞。無論是個人項目還是團體比賽，同學們都展現了堅毅、拼搏、合作和永不放棄的精神，為學校增添光彩。
在田徑方面，同學們於中國香港學界體育聯會港島西區小學校際田徑比賽中取得佳績，包括100米冠軍、200米及400米亞軍、4x100米接力亞軍，以及男子甲組團體亞軍。其中，李庸同學更憑出色表現獲選為傑出運動員，實在可喜可賀。
在五人足球方面，本校代表隊成績斐然，勇奪中國香港學界體育聯會港島西區小學校際五人足球比賽冠軍。此外，在主教盃小學五人足球比賽中，本校更寫下歷史新一頁。首次有初級組及高級組兩隊同時晉身決賽。最終，高級組勇奪冠軍，初級組亦力戰至最後，榮獲亞軍。趙泰傑同學更獲頒神射手獎項，表現備受肯定。
在定向項目中，同學們於中國香港學界定向錦標賽中同樣取得優異成績。男子隊勇奪團體總成績冠軍，另一隊亦取得團體總成績季軍。同學們在分齡組及個人項目中亦有穩定發揮，取得亞軍、季軍、殿軍、第五名及第六名等佳績，充分展現出良好的專注力、耐力及解難能力。
在游泳方面，本校泳手亦有亮眼表現。許芯𢥧同學於港島西區小學校際游泳比賽50米自由泳項目中勇奪亞軍，展現個人實力；王珈琳同學亦於50米背泳項目中取得殿軍。其後，許芯𢥧同學更代表港島西區參與全港小學校際游泳比賽，並協助隊伍於4x50米自由泳接力項目中取得季軍，再次為校爭光。
在其他團體項目方面，同學們亦努力不懈，發揮團隊精神。本校於港島西區小學校際排球比賽中取得殿軍，於港島西區小學校際乒乓球比賽中獲得優異獎，並在希望種子籃球比賽中取得亞軍，充分展現同學們在不同運動項目上的投入和潛能。
此外，同學們在多個運動範疇中同樣獲得肯定。在簡易運動大賽(非觸式欖球)中，多名同學獲得優異表現獎；在健美體操及體操項目中，同學們取得多個優異表現獎，並於個人及雙人項目中取得季軍及殿軍。Komarov Ivan 同學於香港青年協會青協盃帆船賽 Optimist 組總成績中取得亞軍；Khan Kismad Khasino 同學亦於中國香港小學跆拳道隊際賽中取得亞軍，同樣值得嘉許。
本校衷心恭賀所有獲獎同學。每一項成績背後，都是堅持和努力的成果。我們亦特別感謝各位家長及教練一直以來的支持與付出。你們的陪伴、鼓勵、指導和信任，讓同學們能夠更有信心地面對挑戰，並在比賽場上發揮所長。
這些成就不只代表獎牌和名次，更見證了同學們在過程中的成長。他們學會面對壓力、接受挑戰、從失敗中反思，並在一次又一次的練習與比賽中突破自己。這正正體現了自我實現的精神，認識自己、發揮潛能，並在個人成長與團隊合作中，努力成為更好的我和我們。
願同學們繼續秉持 「不卑不亢，止於至善」 的精神，謙遜而堅定，自信而不自滿，在未來繼續追求卓越，發光發亮。
